Our glorious bakery journey started over 4 decades ago when founder Sh. Lekh Raj Batra and his late son Sh. Anil Batra started Taaza Food Products and introduced brand name – Amrit Taaza, with a mission to manufacture and distribute best quality bread and bakery products and to create joyful and happy moments in people’s lives. Rahul Batra, Sh. Anil Batra’s son decided to carry forward the family legacy at an early age of 21 with a mission to provide healthy and high-quality bakery products and snacks to people of all generations. In a quest to achieve the goals, he set-up a bakery unit in UP, Fatehpur in 2007 under the same brand name, Amrit Taaza.
With a rich legacy and a commitment to delivering quality bakery products, Amrit Taaza continues to bring joy and happiness to people’s lives through its delicious offerings, carrying forward the family’s passion for baking into the future.

Amrit Taaza takes great pride in its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in the district of Fatehpur, UP. With three strategically placed plants, we ensure efficient production and timely delivery of our products

Our dedicated team of skilled professionals oversee the operations, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance of the machinery. To meet the ever-growing demand for our products, we have additional manufacturing facilities in place. One notable unit is our bread production facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology and capable of producing over 150,000 loaves of bread daily. This substantial capacity allows us to cater to the needs of our valued customers and ensures a steady supply of fresh and delicious breads and buns.
