Aloo Matar Bread Roll with Amrit Taaza Fresh Nutritious Bread

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices Amrit Taaza Bread
  • 1 boiled potato (mashed)
  • ½ cup boiled green peas
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp amchur (dry mango) powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

 

Instructions:

Prepare Filling: Heat oil, add cumin, chilli, potato, peas, chilli powder, amchur, and salt. Mix well.

Shape Rolls: Trim bread edges, dip slices in water and squeeze lightly. Place filling inside, roll tightly.

Cook: Shallow fry till golden.

Serve: With hot chai and chutney.
