Ingredients:
- 4 slices Amrit Taaza Bread
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- ½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Prepare Stuffing: Mix cheese, green chilli, and coriander.
Batter: Make a smooth besan batter with salt, red chilli, and ajwain.
Assemble: Fill bread with cheese mixture, press lightly, and cut diagonally.
Fry: Dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve: Hot with tamarind chutney.
