Fresh Veggie Sandwich with Amrit Taaza Bread

Ingredients:4 slices of Amrit Taaza Bread,1 medium cucumber (sliced),1 tomato (sliced),1 boiled potato (sliced),1 small onion (sliced),Lettuce leaves (optional),Butter or mayonnaise,Green chutney or ketchup,Salt & pepper to taste,Chaat masala (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Bread:
Lightly toast or butter both sides of the Amrit Taaza Bread slices.

2. Spread:
Apply green chutney or mayonnaise on one slice, and butter or ketchup on the other slice.

3. Layer the Veggies:
Place lettuce (if using), then layer cucumber, tomato, potato, and onion slices.

4. Season:
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, and chaat masala for that extra zing.

5. Close & Serve:
Cover with another slice of bread. Cut diagonally and serve with extra ketchup or chutney.
