Ingredients:
- 4 slices Amrit Taaza Bread
- 1 boiled potato (mashed)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- Butter as needed
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Filling: In a pan, sauté onion and chilli in a little butter, add tomato, turmeric, and salt. Cook till soft, then add mashed potato, garam masala, chaat masala, and coriander.
Assemble Toast: Butter the bread slices, spread filling on one slice, cover with another.
Toast: Grill or toast till crispy and golden.
Serve: Enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
