Ingredients:
- 4 slices Amrit Taaza Bread
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Butter as needed
- Onion rings & capsicum slices for layering
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Marinate Paneer: Mix curd, spices, lemon juice, and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat well. Rest for 15 minutes.
Cook Paneer: Sauté or grill marinated paneer till lightly charred.
Assemble Sandwich: Butter bread slices, layer paneer, onion rings, and capsicum.
Toast: Grill till bread is crisp.
Serve: Pair with pudina chutney.
